Karl was recommended to us after a raft of problems with builders/workmen who had made me lose all faith in tradesman, but he came and gave a very competitive quote, and his cheery personality completely put me at ease, he is trustworthy and extremely competent at his trade, he came throughout the winter months (when the weather would allow him) and got all the prep work ready.

His final finish has completely transformed the house/extension, so much so we asked him to do a couple of the external walls as they just looked shoddy in comparison. I am used to workmen coming, working, and then leaving at 3-4pm regardless of what stage they're at in the job. Karl was a breath of fresh air, working extremely hard and even staying late in the evening to finish the job! There was hardly a trace he had been there, everything left so clean that I didn't even need to tidy up after he'd left. (On seeing his work ethic and standard of finish, my neighbour immediately got a quote and had him start on his house as soon as he was available)
